How It Works

Family sessions are available Sunday to Friday during school holidays at our London and Birmingham venues. Teenagers aged 13–17 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25 or over. Just make sure your booking finishes by 6pm — so get in early to make the most of it.

Terms and Conditions Apply

Under 18s aged 13–17 are welcome at selected times when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25+. During school holidays, under 18s are permitted until 6pm and must vacate the venue by this time. Under 18s are not permitted on Saturdays or in The Hide.
