Our Shoot Captains are the heart of the guest experience, providing a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys the ultimate Clays experience. They assist guests in setting up their Pegs and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service at every stage of the visit.
Bar Team
Our Bar Team plays a vital role in delivering the experience and theatre at the heart of our business. Our bartenders bring the magic, crafting innovative cocktails and pouring up unforgettable moments. Theatre, flair, and flavour all in one.
Kitchen Team
Our chefs are the cornerstone of our commitment to quality and care, meticulously crafting each dish with precision and passion. Driven by inspiration and innovation, we strive to deliver food of the highest calibre, ensuring a seamless and memorable culinary experience for our guests.
Consistency is key, and we prioritise using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. All animal products are carefully selected for their high welfare standards and minimal environmental impact.
Top Guns
Our Top Gun Programme is a structured development journey designed to prepare colleagues for leadership positions and future management roles. This supervisory role blends practical, hands-on experience with theory-based learning, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively.
With the guidance and support of your manager, you'll receive tailored on-the-job training alongside focused learning exercises, all aimed at equipping you for the next stage of your career.
