Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Clays prize wheel is Trigger Group Limited (“Clays”) , whose registered office is at 1 Fore Street Avenue, London EC2Y 9DT.
2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except employees of Clays, investors and anyone otherwise connected with the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. To enter the competition you must sign up via the QR code provided at the stand hosts where you will be required to register your email address, name and opt-in to marketing. Please note that prizes are limited, and entry to the competition is subject to availability.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per day. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted on subsequent days at the rate of one entry per day only.
7. The competition runs from 08:00 on Wednesday 22nd May to 20:00 on Thursday 23rd May at the Clays Canary Wharf event stand. The closing date for the competition will be Thursday 23rd May at 20:00. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event outside of the promoter's control.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The winner will be notified on the day for all prizes except the grand prize whereby the winner will be emailed within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
12. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
15. The winner's name will be available 14 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@clays.bar
16. The promotion is subject to the CAP Code. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition and the promoter reserves the right to use the names of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The prizes are as follows:

1. Complimentary drink. Winners of this prize will receive a token for a complimentary drink from the Clays Coins menu. This voucher can only be redeemed at Clays, on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ. This voucher is valid until 00:00 Sunday 30th June 2024.

2. Complimentary gameplay. This £10 voucher is valid for off-peak bookings at Clays, located at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ. Off-peak timings vary depending on demand. For peak times, a £4 surcharge applies. The voucher can be redeemed online at www.clays.bar. Bookings are subject to availability and Clays' booking terms and conditions apply, available here.

3. Complimentary sliders. Winners of this prize will receive a voucher each which can be redeemed for one of the below:

• 1 pair of Crispy Chicken Sliders with apple & cabbage slaw, Nam Jim dressing, miso mayo.
• 1 pair of Pulled Beef Sliders with tomato chutney, pickles.
• 1 pair of Vegetarian Crispy Seitan Sliders with pickled mushrooms & cucumber, asian slaw, miso mayo. This voucher can only be redeemed at Clays, on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ. Subject to availability. The voucher is valid until 00:00 Sunday 30th June 2024.

4. Complimentary loaded fries. Winners of this prize will receive a voucher each which can be redeemed for one of the below:

• 1 portion of Sweet Potato Fries with chipotle and jalapeno mayonnaise, chive topping (VE, GF)
• 1 portion of skin on Loaded Spicy Fries with spicy sauce, red cabbage, carrot, courgette, vegan chipotle mayonnaise, spring onions and toasted sesame seeds (VE, GF) This voucher can only be redeemed at Clays, on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ. Subject to availability. The voucher is valid until 00:00 Sunday 30th June 2024.

9. Grand Prize. A name will be drawn at random after the event finishes, from all participants, and they will win an exclusive Clays shooting party in our private room with a lavish spread of food and drinks for up to 20 people.

The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
