Bottoms Up Offer Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Clays Bottoms Up or Arcade Bottoms Up package, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The offer is being run by Clays (Trigger Group Limited).

Bottoms Up

The Clays Bottoms Up package is available for groups of 5 or more and includes 90 minutes of unlimited gameplay and unlimited selected cocktails, prosecco, beer, wine, spirits and mixers. A selected pizzetta and portion of fries can be chosen from our Bottoms Up set menu, which will be shared between two people.

The 90-minute booking includes a dedicated space for you to enjoy your game, food and beverages without having to move tables. The offer allows for a Bottoms Up package to be purchased at the price displayed when booking, starting from £35 per person. This excludes service charge. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be charged at the end of your booking. The offer is valid on the following days and times (last booking time shown):

Friday – 12:00–16:00 (Birmingham only) Saturday – 12:00–16:00 (all venues) Sunday – 12:00–15:00 (Soho, Canary Wharf and City) | 12:00–16:00 (Birmingham)

Once your 90-minute Bottoms Up package has concluded, Clays will not provide any further food and beverage.

Your booking time is the start time of your 90-minute session. Please ensure you and your guests arrive 15 minutes before, as we will not be able to extend your booking.

After the 90-minute session has finished, guests will be permitted to order one drink per person, and Clays reserves the right to remove anybody who is intoxicated.

We cannot serve any shots during your booking, and Clays reserves the right to enforce our licensing objectives. Only 25ml and 125ml measures will be served, and any irresponsible drinking will not be tolerated.

A deposit will be taken from the lead booker's card upon confirming the reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid at the venue on the day of your booking. Payment is required for the full number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. Bookings cannot be cancelled or reduced in number after payment has been made. If you wish to add guests to your booking, this can be done at the venue on the day.

Selected drinks and food are available and specified in a set menu, which can be viewed here.

All food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination; however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen. Therefore, if you have a food allergy, please speak to a manager before placing an order. Full allergen information is available. Management can advise on all ingredients used.

The Bottoms Up package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Arcade Bottoms Up

The Arcade Bottoms Up package is available for groups of up to 5 and includes two rounds of Clays Arcade gameplay, 90 minutes of unlimited selected cocktails, prosecco, beer, wine, spirits and mixers.

The offer allows a Bottoms Up package to be purchased at the displayed price when booking, starting at £30 per person. This excludes the service charge. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be charged at the end of your booking.

The offer is valid on Saturdays and Sundays, between 12:00–15:00 (last booking time) and only available at Clays Soho and Clays Birmingham.

Drinks are ordered one at a time per person at the bar. Table reservations and table service are at the discretion of the venue.

All personal information shall be used in accordance with Clays Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Clays does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the offer.

General

Clays reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Clays reserves the right to stop service without a refund.

The decision of Clays regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
