Clays Black Friday 2023 Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the Clays Black Friday offer, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. The offer is being run by Clays (Trigger Group Limited).

**The Black Friday offer **

The offer allows for a Sunday Jingle Bells Bottoms Up package to be purchased with a 20% discount, amounting to a total of £40 per person, between the 26th of November and 17th of December 2023

This discount can only be applied to bookings placed between Wednesday the 22nd and Monday the 27th of November 2023.

To redeem the Black Friday offer, customers must enter the code BF2023 in the Reservation Notes section when completing a booking. To secure your space, credit card information will be required. The Black Friday discount will be applied when the payment is taken from the card provided 48 hours before the booking.

The offer is valid at 55 Moorgate, London EC2R 6LL and Unit B1 on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ.

The Jingle Bells Bottoms Up offer

The Jingle Bells Bottoms Up package is available for groups of 6+ and includes 90 minutes unlimited gameplay and unlimited selected cocktails, prosecco, beer, wine and spirits and mixers. A selected pizzetta and portion of fries can be chosen from our Jingle Bells Bottoms Up set menu which will be shared between two people. The full set menu can be viewed here.

The 90 minute booking will mean you will have a dedicated space for you to enjoy your game, food and beverages without having to move tables.

The offer allows for a Jingle Bells Bottoms Up package to be purchased at the price displayed when booking, starting from £40 per person. This excludes service charge. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be charged at the end of your booking.

The offer is valid on Sundays between the hours of 12.30 and 17.30.

The offer also allows for one glass of Moët per person.

Once your 90-minute Bottoms Up package has concluded, Clays will not provide any further food and beverage to your peg.

Your booking time is the start time of your 90 minute session. Please ensure you and your guests arrive 15 minutes before as we will not be able to extend your 90 minute booking.

After the 90 minute session has finished, guests will be permitted to order one drink per person and Clays reserves the right to remove anybody who is intoxicated.

We cannot serve any shots during your booking, and Clays reserves the right to enforce our licensing objectives. Only 25ml and 125ml measures will be served, and any irresponsible drinking will not be tolerated.

A pre-authorisation payment will be taken from the lead booker's card upon confirming the reservation. Full payment will then be deducted from the card holder 48 hours before the booking commences.

Should you reduce your booking numbers, cancel or increase your booking within 14-days, the full fee will be due. Cancellation and No-Show bookings are non-refundable and will be subject to the full booking fee.

All food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please speak to a manager before placing an order. Full allergen information is available. Management can advise on all ingredients used.

The Jingle Bells Bottoms Up package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Data protection and publicity

All personal information shall be used in accordance with Clays Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Clays does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the offer.

General

Clays reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Clays reserves the right to stop service without a refund.

The decision of Clays regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
