Do I have to pre-order food and drinks?
No you don't but we recommend you do so that it's ready when you arrive and you can get as much time playing the games!
How much does it cost?
£60 per session during peak times
Wed - Fri: 5pm - 12am
Groups of 6 - 20 for a 90 minute session
£40 per session during off-peak times
Sun: 12pm - 10pm
Mon: 4pm - 12am
Tues: 12pm–12am

Do you accept walk-ins?
We always recommend booking, however if you decide to join us on the day we will do our very best to accommodate you, but you may not get a shooting peg immediately. Fear not, we have great drinks while you wait!
Do you shoot animals or people?
No animals or humans are harmed in the Clays experience, you will only be shooting clays on the screen.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our booking ts and cs for the most recent information regarding our cancellation policy.
Tickets booked online are non-refundable unless we are given 14 days notice prior to your booking.
If you have made a per person booking on a Saturday and your group size reduces from the number you’ve booked for please let us know no later than 48 hours before your booking so we can arrange a refund for you. If you wish to cancel in full , our booking ts and cs apply and is non-refundable unless we are given 14 days notice.
For changes to celebration and event packages please contact the events team directly.
We know from experience that plans can and do change. We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your booking and try to find an alternative date for you.
For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to the full booking fee.
What time should we arrive for our booking?
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time, but you are welcome to arrive anytime before your booking and enjoy drinks at our bar. Please check in with our hosts on arrival and they will let you know when your peg is ready.
Where do we eat our food?
Food is served at your peg during your game session. Food and drink can be ordered via our kiosk screens inside your peg.
Are you open for lunch?
Yes we serve food all day from 12pm to 10pm, so you can book your peg and enjoy lunch whilst playing.
Is there a dress code?
No, we will be happy you are wearing clothes!
Is there disabled access?
Yes, our main bar and playing area is on the lower ground floor, but we have lift facilities to accommodate. Please let us know if you have a disabled guest in your booking and we will arrange the best peg for everyone.
Do you have a cloakroom?
No, we do have areas in your peg to put your coats and bags.
Can we stay after our games are over?
Of course, you can join us in our bar so you can continue to drink, eat, dance and enjoy your time at Clays long after you have finished playing.
What if I can not pay by card?
We are a cashless venue, you can pay using Applepay or Googlepay or you will need to ask a member of your group to pay on your behalf.
Do I have to make a Pre-Order?
We offer some great offers for packages when you book your peg online, but you do not have to make any pre-orders, we will be happy to serve you when you arrive.
Do I need to bring ID?
We use a challenge 25 policy, if you think you look under 25, please bring ID to prove you’re over 18.
Do you have Vegetarian and Vegan options on your menu?
Yes, we have several options for both, please see our menu’s here: clays.bar/moorgate/food-and-drink
Is it outdoors?
No, Clays is indoors, however you will feel like you have stepped into the English countryside, without the English weather!
Are children allowed in the venue?
Our venue is over 18s only and no children will be admitted inside at any time.
